Albert Cussen Mackenna
Ingeniero Civil Industrial, Universidad de Chile y productor lechero. Comenzó su carrera como Consultor en Administración de Empresas en Price Waterhouse y ejecutivo de importantes empresas como: Banco Santiago, AFP Provida, Codelco, Madeco, entre otras. Actualmente, se desempeña como Presidente de Prolesur y como Presidente del directorio de La Fuente.
Rafael Guilisasti Gana
Licenciado en Historia, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Vicepresidente de la Viña Concha y Toro, empresa que bajo su gestión se ha convertido en la más exitosa del país y una de las principales del mundo. Se desempeñó como Presidente de la Confederación de la Producción y del Comercio (CPC) y Vicepresidente de SOFOFA (desde 2005). Además, es Gerente General de Viñedos Emiliana SA.
Fernando Larraín Aninat
Economista de la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile y Máster en Asuntos Públicos de la Universidad de Princeton. Director de la Sociedad Chilena de Políticas Públicas y Presidente de la Fundación Trabajo en la Calle. Ha sido consultor del Banco Interamericano del Desarrollo (BID), UNICEF y de la Organización de Estados Americanos (OEA) en temas de modernización del Estado, corrupción, gestión pública y economía política.
Andrés Navarro Haeussler
Ingeniero Civil, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Trabajó como profesor de esa Universidad durante dos años, ejerciendo las cátedras de “Investigación Operacional” y “Teoría de sistemas”. En 1974, creó la Empresa SONDA, de la que es su presidente. Además, participa como director de Clínica Las Condes, LAN airlines, Teletón y Chilevisión.
Macarena Pérez Ojeda
Ingeniero Comercial, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Ingresó a la corporación financiera IM Trust en 2003 como analista de finanzas corporativas. En 2009 fue designada gerente de planificación estratégica, recursos humanos y administración, cargo que desempeña en la actualidad. Es socia de IM Trust desde 2012 y directora de la Fundación IM Trust desde el 2011. Ha sido docente en la PUC y en la Universidad Los Andes.
Rodrigo Velasco Alessandri
Abogado, Universidad de Chile y músico del Berklee College of Music de Boston. Socio del Estudio Alessandri & Cía. Trabaja en materias relativas a licencias, contratos, aspectos tributarios y litigios referentes a marcas comerciales, competencia desleal, software e Internet. Actualmente, es secretario del Comité de Derecho de Autor y Derechos Conexos de ASIPI y profesor en las Universidades de Chile, Finis Terrae y Católica de Chile.
María del Pilar Velasco Silva
Periodista, Universidad de Chile. MBA de la Escuela de Negocios de la Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. Entre 1990 y 1994, se desempeñó como secretaria de prensa del gobierno del presidente Patricio Aylwin. Entre los años 2002 y 2012 fue directora de la Corporación Cultural Balmaceda Arte Joven. Actualmente es socia directora de Extend, empresa de comunicaciones y relaciones públicas.

Alberto Cussen Degree in Civil Engineering, University of Chile. Alberto began his career at the large consulting firm Price Waterhouse, and later became an executive at such firms as Banco Santiago, AFP Provida, Codelco, Madeco, among othes. He currently serves as president of the dairy company Prolesur and president of the board of Fundación La Fuente.
Rafael Guilisasti. Degree in History from the Catholic Pontifical University of Chile. Rafael serves as vice president of the winery Concha y Toro, a firm that under him has grown to be the most successful in the country and one of the leading wineries in the world. He served as president of the Confederation of Production and Trade, and vice president of SOFOFA, one of Chile’s largest trade unions. Mr. Guilisasti is also managing director of the vineyard Emiliana S. A.
Fernando Larraín. Economist from the PUCCH and Master in Public Affairs at the University of Princeton. His areas of specialization and interest are non market strategy, the business environment, public policies, state modernization and the relation between competitiveness and development. He was public policy advisor for President Ricardo Lagos and member of the Finance Minister advisors team. During the year 2009 he was an adviser of the Minister of Energy (part time). Currently he is the director of development for the Economics and Business School at Universidad Diego Portales and also senior advisor of the Ministry of Economy.
Andrés Navarro H. Degree in Civil Engineering from the Catholic Pontifical University of Chile. Andrés worked as a professor at Catholic Pontifical for two years, serving as chair of programs Operations Research and Theory of Systems. In 1974 he created the IT company SONDA, of which he remains president. H3 also sits on the board of the Las Condes Clinic, LAN Airlines, Teletón, and Chilevisión.
Macarena Pérez O. Degree in Commercial Engeineering from the Catholic Pontifical University of Chile. In 2003, Macarena began working at the financial firm IM trust as a corporate finance analyst. In 2009 she was selected to be their manager of strategic planning, human resources and administration, a position she currently holds. She has been an associate of IM Trust since 2012 and a director of the trust since 2011. She has taught at both the Catholic Pontifical University of Chile and the University of the Andes.
Rodrigo Velasco A. Degrees in law from the University of Chile and in Music from the Berklee College of Music in Boston. Rodrigo is a partner of the law firm Alessandri & Cía, and works with licenses, contracts, tax matters and litigation concerning trademarks, unfair competition, software and the internet. He is currently chief of staff of the committee on Copyright and Related Rights at the intellectual and property rights group ASIPI, as well as a professor at the University of Chile, Finis Terrae, and the Catholic University of Chile.
María del Pilar Velasco S. Degree in Journalism, University of Chile, and an MBA from University Alberto Ibañez. Between 1990 and 1994, María worked as press secretary of the government of president Patricio Aylwin, and between 2002 and 2012 she acted as director of the youth empowerment initiative, Corporación Cultural Balmaceda Arte Joven. Currently, she works as associate director of the public relations firm Extend.
