Alberto Cussen Degree in Civil Engineering, University of Chile. Alberto began his career at the large consulting firm Price Waterhouse, and later became an executive at such firms as Banco Santiago, AFP Provida, Codelco, Madeco, among othes. He currently serves as president of the dairy company Prolesur and president of the board of Fundación La Fuente.
Rafael Guilisasti. Degree in History from the Catholic Pontifical University of Chile. Rafael serves as vice president of the winery Concha y Toro, a firm that under him has grown to be the most successful in the country and one of the leading wineries in the world. He served as president of the Confederation of Production and Trade, and vice president of SOFOFA, one of Chile’s largest trade unions. Mr. Guilisasti is also managing director of the vineyard Emiliana S. A.
Fernando Larraín. Economist from the PUCCH and Master in Public Affairs at the University of Princeton. His areas of specialization and interest are non market strategy, the business environment, public policies, state modernization and the relation between competitiveness and development. He was public policy advisor for President Ricardo Lagos and member of the Finance Minister advisors team. During the year 2009 he was an adviser of the Minister of Energy (part time). Currently he is the director of development for the Economics and Business School at Universidad Diego Portales and also senior advisor of the Ministry of Economy.
Andrés Navarro H. Degree in Civil Engineering from the Catholic Pontifical University of Chile. Andrés worked as a professor at Catholic Pontifical for two years, serving as chair of programs Operations Research and Theory of Systems. In 1974 he created the IT company SONDA, of which he remains president. H3 also sits on the board of the Las Condes Clinic, LAN Airlines, Teletón, and Chilevisión.
Macarena Pérez O. Degree in Commercial Engeineering from the Catholic Pontifical University of Chile. In 2003, Macarena began working at the financial firm IM trust as a corporate finance analyst. In 2009 she was selected to be their manager of strategic planning, human resources and administration, a position she currently holds. She has been an associate of IM Trust since 2012 and a director of the trust since 2011. She has taught at both the Catholic Pontifical University of Chile and the University of the Andes.
Rodrigo Velasco A. Degrees in law from the University of Chile and in Music from the Berklee College of Music in Boston. Rodrigo is a partner of the law firm Alessandri & Cía, and works with licenses, contracts, tax matters and litigation concerning trademarks, unfair competition, software and the internet. He is currently chief of staff of the committee on Copyright and Related Rights at the intellectual and property rights group ASIPI, as well as a professor at the University of Chile, Finis Terrae, and the Catholic University of Chile.
María del Pilar Velasco S. Degree in Journalism, University of Chile, and an MBA from University Alberto Ibañez. Between 1990 and 1994, María worked as press secretary of the government of president Patricio Aylwin, and between 2002 and 2012 she acted as director of the youth empowerment initiative, Corporación Cultural Balmaceda Arte Joven. Currently, she works as associate director of the public relations firm Extend.
